Peugeot 208 Type R5 Full Photos Revealed

The last time we wrote about the Peugeot 208 Type R5 we only had a single slightly ambiguous photo, much like a classy lady it tempted us by revealing its curves but left much to the imagination.

Finally after what felt like a long wait we have a decent set of images which show off the gorgeous new 208 from every angle. There's not much more to say on this as we covered the technical details in the last post so let's just get on with the photos.

Pretty god damn awesome. Impressed what they managed to do with it considering the Peugeot 208 GTI is a little bit ugly.

Peugeot Video of the Week 20th Feb 2012

Each week I will be posting an awesome Peugeot video for your enjoyment. Rally videos, BTCC footage, in-car track videos etc.


Kicking things off with an epic 306 Maxi video compilation with pure engine sounds driven by Gilles Panizzi. Giles Panizzi won the French Championship title in a Peugeot funded 306 kit car in 1996 and 1997. He also raced in a Peugeot 306 at WRC level from 1995 to 1998 apart from a brief break in the 1998 WRC Rally of Finland where he used a 106 1.3 Rallye instead. He went on to have several World Rally Championship event victories in the Peugeot 206 WRC.
